UNITED CEREBRAL PALSY
Since 1945, United Cerebral Palsy has been a leading voice in the rights, representation, and health of individuals with disabilities. The organization is made up of over 50 affiliates throughout the United States and Canada. Each affiliate provides a unique set of services based on the needs of their community ranging from therapy services, recreational and enrichment opportunities, public advocacy, housing, and support groups.
UCP of Central Florida is part of United Cerebral Palsy’s network of affiliates specializing primarily in the social, emotional, and academic development of children and young adults with disabilities.
UCP of Central Florida operates 8 Charter School Campuses where children with disabilities and their families receive customized education, support, and therapy services in an inclusive environment where children with and without disabilities grow, play, and learn together.
UCP of Central Florida has seen the impact inclusion can have on the development and self-esteem of children with disabilities and are proud to partner with the film Triumph in sharing a story of resilience, inclusion, and hope for audiences.
